Custom Moulds · OEM / ODM
Your shape is one mould away.
Half the catalogue started as somebody else’s drawing. Send a sample or a sketch, and we will tell you within a week whether it can be moulded — and what it costs.

The Programme
Five steps, no surprises.
01
Brief
Send a drawing with dimensions, or a physical sample. Both are enough to start.
02
Design for moulding
We review wall thickness, draft and radius, and tell you what has to change to be mouldable — before any money is spent.
03
Tooling
Mould cutting, typically around 30 days depending on complexity and cavity count.
04
First articles
Sample pieces are shipped to you for approval against your own use case.
05
Production & export
Volume runs with the catalogue’s weight and size tolerances, packed for export.
What We Need
Send us these four things.
The more of this you can give us, the tighter the first quotation.
Drawing or sample
A STEP or PDF drawing with dimensions, or one physical piece posted to us.
Target weight
Grams per piece. This drives wall thickness, which drives everything else.
Use conditions
Hot or cold, wet or dry, how long it has to hold before it softens.
Annual volume
Expected pieces per year — this decides cavity count and the tooling quote.
Terms, Plainly
What a custom

FAQ
The questions
everyone asks.
Usually close, rarely identical. Moulded fibre needs draft angle and radius that an injected or thermoformed part does not. We will show you the exact differences before tooling.
You do, once the tooling is settled. We hold and maintain it for your production runs, and it is not used for anyone else’s orders.
Yes — embossing is cut into the tool, so it appears on every piece with no extra step and no extra material.
STEP or IGES for 3D, PDF or DWG for 2D drawings. A photograph plus key dimensions is enough for a first review.
The natural finish is uncoloured fibre. Pigmented runs are possible at volume; send the reference and we will advise on feasibility.
