The Works
One site, pulp to pallet.
Pulping, moulding, curing and packing all sit in the same works in Hebei. That is unusual, and it is the reason we can quote a non-standard shape in days rather than weeks — the people who will run the tool are twenty metres from the person pricing it.
It also means one quality gate. Every finished piece is checked against the catalogue weight and size before it is boxed, and the record stays on file so a repeat order matches the last one.
